Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n

400 gr di carne macinata – 200 gr salsiccia – 80 di pancetta \u2013 olio \u2013 sale \u2013 pepe \u2013 noce moscata \u2013 1 carota \u2013 1 costa di sedano \u2013 \u00bd cipolla<\/p>\n

Sbucciate la cipolla e la carota e tritatele finemente assieme al sedano raschiato.\u00a0 L\u2019ideale sarebbe farlo con la mezzaluna ma io ho usato il tritatutto.<\/p>\n

Mettete in un tegame capiente e fate rosolare con un po\u2019 di olio.<\/p>\n

Intanto tagliate a piccoli pezzettini la pancetta.<\/p>\n

Appena il soffritto \u00e8 pronto unite la pancetta, quando \u00e8 ben rosolata, aggiungete la salsiccia spellata e sminuzzata, sgranatela per bene e dopo di che aggiungete la carne.<\/p>\n

Continuate a sgranare la carne, questo \u00e8 importante sia per la cottura che per l\u2019aspetto finale del rag\u00f9.<\/p>\n

Aggiungete mezza tazza di brodo e lasciate cuocere a fuoco lento per circa 2 ore con il coperchio, ogni tanto mescolate e se il rag\u00f9 si asciugasse troppo aggiungete altro brodo.<\/p>\n
