INGREDIENTI PER 24 MINI MUFFIN: 85 gr di burro \u2013 150 di zucchero di canna \u2013 2 uova \u2013 250 gr di farina \u201cMolino Rosignoli\u201d Dolci e Sfoglie \u2013 100 gr di farina integrale \u201cMolino Chiavazza\u201d - 100 ml di latte \u2013 2 tazzine di caff\u00e8 - 1 bustina di lievito - Nocciolata Rigoni di Asiago<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\"Mini-muffin-golosi_1\"<\/a>\n

Lavorate lo zucchero con il burro ammorbidito, quando il composto \u00e8 morbido e cremoso aggiungete le uova. Mescolate il levito con la farina e aggiungetelo poca alla volta al composto, alternando con il latte e il caff\u00e9. Deve essere un impasto omogeneo. Prendete uno stampo per mini muffin, (se non \u00e8 di silicone, imburratelo bene), metteteci un pochino di impasto, un po\u2019 di nocciolata e altro impasto. Date qualche colpetto alla teglia in modo che l\u2019impasto si livelli e non si creino delle bolle d\u2019aria. Mettete in forno per 10-12 minuti a 180 gradi.<\/p>\n
