La mamma mi ha comprato 2 pacchi giganteschi di Toblerone al cioccolato al latte, io adoro il cioccolato ma amo quello fondente\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

Che fare con tutto questo cioccolato al latte???<\/p>\n

Un bel brownies!<\/p>\n

INGREDIENTI: 200 gr di cioccolato \u2013 250 gr di burro \u2013 200 gr di zucchero di canna integrale \u2013 4 uova \u2013 40 gr di cacao amaro \u2013 150 gr di farina <\/span><\/p><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n

In una ciotola mettete il cioccolato e il burro, fate sciogliere il tutto a bagno maria, mescolando delicatamente. Io ho usato il toblerone al latte ma potete usare il cioccolato che preferite.<\/p>\n

Intanto in un\u2019altra ciotola mettete lo zucchero, le uova, il cacao e la farina e mescolate il tutto. Aggiungete il composto di cioccolato e amalgamate.<\/p>\n

Foderate una tortiera con la carta forno e versateci il composto.<\/p>\n

Questa torta, tradizionalmente, non va tagliata a spicchi ma a grossi cubi. Vi consiglio di usare una tortiera quadrata o rettangolare. Io ho usato una teglia quadrata di 20 cm di lato.<\/p>\n

In forno a 180\u00b0 per 30 \u2013 35 minuti. Fate la prova stecchino.\u00a0 Comunque sopra deve fare un po\u2019 di crosticina e dentro rimane morbidino.<\/p>\n
