Una torta salata, semplice e veloce, con una nota fresca, ideale per queste giornate che iniziano a diventare calde.<\/p>\n

Pu\u00f2 andare bene come aperitivo, antipasto o piatto unico se suddiviso tra 2 persone.<\/p>\n

INGREDIENTI: 1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia rotonda - 4 porri piccoli - 170 gr di yogurt greco - 200 gr di robiola - 100 gr di pancetta affumicata - sale - pepe - olio extra vergine d'oliva<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n

Lavate e pulite i porri. Tagliateli a rondelle sottili.<\/p>\n

Tagliate a cubetti la pancetta.<\/p>\n

Stemperate la robiola con un cucchiaio di olio, aggiungete lo yogurt, un pizzico di sale, una generosa spolverata di pepe e amalgamate il tutto.<\/p>\n

Stendete la pasta sfoglia in uno stampo da crostata, lasciatela nella sua carta da forno, cos\u00ec potete evitare di ungere la teglia.<\/p>\n

Spalmate il composto di formaggio sulla pasta sfoglia, ricoprite con i porri e la pancetta.<\/p>\n

Infornate per 30 minuti a 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n
