Io sono una super fan della pasta sfoglia, abbiamo imparato a farla alla prima lezione del corso di pasticceria e se la fate in casa, ne guadagnerete di sapore e leggerezza. Poi, in un altro post, vi spiegher\u00f2 come farla.<\/p>\n

Quindi appena fatta, ho voluto cimentarmi in una torta salata.

INGREDIENTI: 1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia o se la fate voi 300 gr \u2013 100 gr di gorgonzola dolce \u2013 1 pera abate \u2013 30 gr di noci \u2013 1 cucchiaio abbondante di pecorino grattugiato<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

Per questa torta salata ho utilizzato la pasta sfoglia fatta da me, che grandissima soddisfazione e che bont\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Lavate la pera, sbucciatela, togliete il torsolo e tagliatela a fettine sottile e mettetela in una ciotolina piena di acqua fredda e limone.<\/p>\n

Stendete la pasta sfoglia, bucherellate tutta la superficie con i rebbi di una forchetta. Spolverizzate con il pecorino e i gherigli di noce tritati grossolanamente. Aggiungete il gorgonzola a pezzetti e le fettine di pere ben sgocciolate.<\/p>\n

Ripiegate un po\u2019 il bordo verso l\u2019interno.<\/p>\n

Mettete in forno per 25 minuti a 200\u00b0.<\/p>\n
