Ecco una bella gelatina di frutta. E poi come dice la mamma: \u201cC\u2019\u00e8 la frutta, allora non fa ingrassare\u201d!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Ingredienti per 3 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n

200 gr di fragole \u2013 30 gr di fruttosio – 1 foglio di gelatina \u2013 il succo di \u00bd limone<\/p>\n

Lavate accuratamente le fragole.<\/p>\n

Togliete i calici, tagliatele in \u00bc e mettetele in una piccola ciotola. Condite con lo zucchero e il succo di limone. Mescolate bene e lasciatele riposare almeno \u00bd ora.<\/p>\n

Dopo di che passatele al passaverdura con i fori medi.<\/p>\n

Mettete la gelatina ad ammorbidire in una tazza con dell\u2019acqua fredda.<\/p>\n

Intanto fate scaldare 2 cucchiai di acqua in un pentolino, appena sar\u00e0 calda aggiungetevi la gelatina e fatela sciogliere. Appena comincer\u00e0 a raffreddarsi, unitela a filo al composto di fragole.<\/p>\n

Mescolate delicatamente e accuratamente fino a quando la gelatina non sar\u00e0 stata accorpata alle fragole.<\/p>\n

Mettete nelle formine e tenete in frigorifero almeno 3 ore.<\/p>\n

AVVERTENZA:<\/strong> Non usate per questo preparato le formine in silicone, sono eccezionali ma non per questo preparato, per riuscire a tirarle fuori li ho provate tutte. L\u2019ideale sono, secondo me, i contenitori in acciaio per la panna cotta.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
