Ingredienti per 4 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n

250 gr di mini penne \u2013 300 gr di fagiolini serpente – 300 gr di feta \u2013 140 gr di mais \u2013 80 gr di prosciutto cotto in una sola fetta \u2013 \u00a0olio \u2013 sale<\/p>\n

Prima di tutto spuntate i fagiolini, lavateli e lessateli in acqua bollente salata.<\/p>\n

Tagliate il prosciutto cotto e la feta a cubetti.<\/p>\n

Mettete a cuocere le penne.<\/p>\n

Una volta cotta la pasta, scolatela e datele una rapida passata sotto l\u2019acqua fredda in modo da fermare la cottura.<\/p>\n

Conditela con un filo d\u2019olio, i fagiolini, il prosciutto cotto, il mais e la feta.<\/p>\n

Aggiungete un altro filo d\u2019olio e buon appetito.<\/p>\n
