Una bella torta salata di zucca per festeggiare Halloween, o meglio, come direbbero le mie amiche virtuali\u2026 ALLOUIN.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia \u2013 800 gr di zucca \u2013 3 porri \u2013 4 cucchiai di parmigiano \u2013 100 gr di Emmental dolce – \u00a0sale \u2013 pepe \u2013 olio<\/p>\n

Pulite e lavate i porri.<\/p>\n

Tagliateli a rondelle sottili e fateli rosolare con un filo di olio, dopodich\u00e8 abbassate la fiamma, unite \u00bd bicchiere di acqua e fate cuocere coperti per circa 1 ora. Il porro si deve quasi disfare.<\/p>\n

Nel frattempo dovete cuocere la zucca.<\/p>\n

Per questa ricetta ho sperimentato\u2026 volevo fare la torta ma non avevo assolutamente tempo di star li a pulire la zucca, allora \u2026.<\/p>\n

Ho lavato bene la zucca, era una bella fettona e l\u2019ho messa in forno dentro una pirofila, intera, senza sbucciarla; l\u2019ho cotta a 180\u00b0 per 40 minuti.<\/p>\n

Una volta fredda ho tolto la buccia, con una gran facilit\u00e0, con le mani, non c\u2019\u00e8 stato bisogno del coltello e l\u2019ho passata al minipimer.<\/p>\n

Unite la zucca ai porri, aggiungete il parmigiano, l\u2019Emmental tagliato a cubetti, il sale e pepe.<\/p>\n

Rivestite uno stampo da crostata con la pasta sfoglia, versateci il composto e cuocete in forno per 25 minuti a 180 \u00b0.<\/p>\n
